FlashRoutes

Turning a functional delivery service into content people could find, understand and ask about.

FlashRoutes is a Metro Vancouver delivery company and a Black Mango client. We planned and ran its RedNote content for Chinese-speaking customers, focusing on the questions people asked before requesting a quote.

Original account evidence

The proof is in the account, not a mockup.

The original screen recording shows the live FlashRoutes RedNote account, published posts and an inbox carrying 99+ message notifications at the time of capture.

Evidence record

What the recording shows—and what it cannot prove.

The distinction matters: visible account activity is evidence, but it is not automatically a lead count, sales report or forecast.

Account activity Published posts and a 99+ message-notification badge are visible in the recording. The account showed message activity at the time of capture. The badge does not identify 99 qualified leads, sales or attributable revenue.
Black Mango scope Research, Chinese-language planning and writing, account activity and message handling were part of the engagement. The case can document the content and response system Black Mango handled. The case does not isolate every outcome from other business or market factors.

How we write claims from first-party evidence

  1. 01

Identify the original source before writing the claim.

  2. 02

Describe what is directly visible separately from what it may indicate.

  3. 03

Connect the evidence only to work Black Mango can document.

  4. 04

State what the evidence cannot prove and avoid projecting future results.

The brief

Make an operational service easier to choose.

Delivery is useful but difficult to make distinctive in a social feed. Customers still need concrete answers: where the service goes, what can be sent, how timing works and what information is needed for a quote.

The work treated those repeated questions as the content strategy. That gave Chinese-speaking customers practical reasons to discover, save and message the account without relying on vague brand awareness posts.

The content system

Three linked decisions—not a pile of posts.

The same operating logic now shapes how Black Mango approaches local service accounts: understand the decision, make it legible and build a responsible response path.

  1. 01

    Map the decision questions

Organize recurring customer concerns around destination, timing, parcel size, handoff and price before choosing content formats.

  2. 02

    Make the service legible

Turn an operational offer into useful Chinese-language posts with local context, clear scenarios and a recognizable visual system.

  3. 03

    Connect attention to response

Build a practical path from discovery to direct questions so the content supports a real service conversation instead of ending at a view.

Our part

We turned the questions people asked every day into the content plan.

  • Found the delivery questions people kept asking.
  • Planned and wrote the Chinese-language posts.
  • Kept the account active and answered messages.
  • Made it obvious how to ask for a quote.

That meant fewer filler posts and more useful content about routes, parcel size, timing and quotes—the same topics showing up in the inbox.

Apply the method to your market

Start with the customer questions your current content misses.

We will review visible Chinese-language demand, your existing account and the first evidence a useful campaign should create.
