Information you choose to provide

When you use the Wix booking calendar, you may provide your name, contact details, business information, preferred time and any message you choose to include. Wix processes that information to operate the booking service and Black Mango Social uses it to respond to your request.

The separate inquiry form currently performs validation in your browser only. It does not transmit or store the information entered into it.

How booking information is used

Booking information is used to schedule and prepare for the requested conversation, respond to you, prevent misuse and maintain reasonable business records. Black Mango Social does not sell personal information.

Service providers and technical data

The website is hosted through Wix, and Wix Bookings powers the calendar. Those services may process technical information needed for security, delivery and operation under their own privacy terms. Black Mango Social does not place advertising pixels or send inquiry messages, phone numbers or email addresses as analytics event data through this site.

Retention and choices

Booking records are kept only as reasonably needed for scheduling, follow-up, legal obligations and business records. You may ask about, correct or request deletion of information held by Black Mango Social, subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements.
